GeneBio P32 is a new generation of automatic nucleic acid purification system. It is equipped with cutting-edge technology and has familiarized appearance of the systems developed by Gene Bio Medical. Its MB separation technology and its use of a 96-deep-well plate carrier allow for automatic, high-throughput extraction and purification of DNA/RNA. The system is suitable for a variety of samples including blood, tissues, and cells. The operation is simple, and the hardware and software can be customized to match the reagents used.
Product Features
- High Purity: Equipped with newly developed magnetic rods with dynamically adjustable amplitude, the instrument can be used with various types of small magnetic beads. The extraction can be completed without impurities, only leaving samples with high purity.
- Precise Temperature Control: The use of a more comprehensive deep-well heating system greatly reduces the difference between pre-set temperatures and actual, in-tube temperatures.
- Intelligent Software: With a unique UI design, the control panel can display all parameters at once. The operation is easy and can be mastered quickly.
- Versatility: A 32-sample block can be replaced with a high-throughput 48-sample block.
- Anti-Contamination Capacity: The operation is fully automated, and disposable strip tubes and a UV sterilizing lamp are used to prevent aerosol contaminations among different batches.
- Rapid Extraction: The automated operation is very fast and efficient. Extraction of 1-32 samples can be accomplished within 15-40 minutes.
